eyeOS Live Demo + Communities
We've just published a video showing eyeOS and it's basic functionalities. From the first login, moving along the base applications, and intalling new apps. The video is thought to explain graphically what is eyeOS to new users and can be watched in eyeOS.org/demo.

I just started an eyeOS community in Switzerland: http://www.eyeos.ch.
The site is still quite empty (and ugly!), and fortunately it's gonna change soon!
